Not “all virtual until November.”[/quote] Not QP here but I'll chime in. It doesn't say that but the proposed draft plan is NOT completely clear on the hybrid approach. In one instance, they say learning will be in person based on group/grade/etc. But then later they said all kids will start the year VL with the goal of getting everyone in school by November. Contradictory statement unless I'm completely misinterpreting.[/quote]
