No way. They’re definitely going to rent it out after they finish renovating it.  Remember, they were renting out their duplex all summer, why wouldn’t they rent out another beach house?

Correct, they had cleaners who did some of the cleaning, but they also did a lot of it themselves to the point where they were running around trying to get [b]laundry done[/b], cleaning the back patio, and making sure everything was staged perfectly all in the 5 hr window before the next guests arrived. It sounded like a headache.[/quote]

They had cleaners but sherry and john are weirdos who were also like touching up paint in a pantry and pressure washing outdoor furniture and restocking everything from target between each stay. It was so much more than cleaning. They also agonized for hours one night because they walked by and noticed the renters had left the front door open and didn’t appear to be home. They shut it but didn’t know if they should or if they should watch the house like hawks or if that was weird. 100% the stress of renting as the control freaks they are drove the sale [/quote]
