She is just plain nuts and has acted like she has never seen a tree before. Yet their Richmond lot had a damn forest behind it.
No way. They’re definitely going to rent it out after they finish renovating it. Remember, they were renting out their duplex all summer, why wouldn’t they rent out another beach house?
Because they hated it. They don't like to have to take care of a property and clean after each rental. They also said they don't want to pay someone to do it. So that leaves the to do it and they said they didnt like it.

The plastic shelf helps us store toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen trash bags, and extra linens in case the cleaners don’t have time to fully launder everything between guests – or if they find something that has been stained or ripped that needs quick replacing. We’re learning that these very short turnover windows make it really important to have extra items on hand so there’s not a huge last minute panic. Here’s hoping!
Correct, they had cleaners who did some of the cleaning, but they also did a lot of it themselves to the point where they were running around trying to get laundry done, cleaning the back patio, and making sure everything was staged perfectly all in the 5 hr window before the next guests arrived. It sounded like a headache.
It says right there that the cleaners did the laundry, and that there were extra linens.
They hosed down the back patio between renters. That's it. So what?

I am still of the camp that something happened or she wanted something to happen with the contractor Sean or whatever his name was. First it was all about that John model look alike and then she latched on to that contractor and paraded around Cape Charles in her swimsuit all summer. She even called him to look at properties before she called her own husband and told him about some.
She is always wanting hte next thing and seems exhausting to live with . She latches on to something and it is her new ride or die. First the color pink. Then curly hair. Then opposums. Then shrimp. Then cheese. Now trees and FL.

Disagree- they will flip it. The duplex in cape Charles showed they are absolutely not cut out for renting. They were obsessed about potential issues and minor details the whole time they rented that place...
