No way. They’re definitely going to rent it out after they finish renovating it.  Remember, they were renting out their duplex all summer, why wouldn’t they rent out another beach house?

Because they hated it. They don't like to have to take care of a property and [b]clean after each rental. They also said they don't want to pay someone to do it.[/b] So that leaves the to do it and they said they didnt like it. [/quote]

Correct, they had cleaners who did some of the cleaning, but they also did a lot of it themselves to the point where they were running around trying to get [b]laundry done[/b], cleaning the back patio, and making sure everything was staged perfectly all in the 5 hr window before the next guests arrived. It sounded like a headache.[/quote]

It says right there that the cleaners did the laundry, and that there were extra linens.

They hosed down the back patio between renters.  That's it.  So what?[/quote]NP.  They did say on several podcasts/IG stories that they ran themselves ragged on turnover days.  Sometimes it was doing things to complete the house or maintenance, but it seems they also did help with the turnover.  [/quote]
