Generally yes, but the Quince Orchard vs Northwest comparison is interesting.

Quince Orchard totals: 13.5% Asian-American, 15.3% non-Hispanic black/African-American, 28.6% Hispanic, 38.7% non-Hispanic white, 21.6% FARMS, 10.6% ESOL
Quince Orchard FARMS: 6.8% black, 10.8% Hispanic (i.e., 44% of black students and 38% of Hispanic students qualify for FARMs)

Northwest totals: 21.1% Asian-American, 25.7% non-Hispanic black/African-American, 21.7% Hispanic, 26.9% white, 22.1% FARMS, [u]&lt;[/u]5.0% ESOL
Northwest FARMS: 9.8% black, 8.4% Hispanic (i.e., 38% of black students and 39% of Hispanic students qualify for FARMS)

I.e., a smaller percentage of black students receives FARMS at Northwest than at Quince Orchard, but the percentage of Hispanic students receiving FARMS is about the same at Northwest and Quince Orchard.

Asian-Americans are not a homogeneous group in Montgomery County, and neither is any other group in MCPS's demographic categories, including non-Hispanic white people.
