First, saying a school is average isn’t hating a school.  Second, are you suggesting people shouldn’t look at performance when assessing a school?

If you want to argue that non-FARMS kids at QO do as well as similar kids at other schools, that’s fine.  But that wouldn’t change that the overall school may be average.  “Average” can’t just look at the top performing kids.[/quote]

I haven’t said anything about my kids and whether I would send someone there.  I simply asked how saying a school was average was racist.  Your logic is wholly circular.  As you have defined, there is absolutely no way to criticize the school without it being racist.  That can’t be true.

I don’t know much of anything about QO.  I don’t have an opinion one way or another - and I haven’t expressed one here - I simply take issue with the absurdity of someone arguing that a statement that a school is average is inherently racist.[/quote]
