How is that any less distracting?[/quote] Both are distracting. However: 1. There is evidence that talking on the cell phone is more distracting. It is not realistic to make it illegal to speak to people in the car, but it is realistic to make it illegal to use your cell phone in the car. Seriously, just put the phone away, please.[/quote]
