Spread it onto a pan. Top with ricotta cheese. Toss the following veggies in olive oil: broccoli florets, red and green peppers, red onion and shredded (matchstick) carrots. Dump the veggies on top of the pizza. Bake it based on the cooking instructions on the pizza crust. I like to sprinkle some red pepper flakes on the ricotta to give it a spicy taste. You could also add some mozzarella cheese, but I usually just use ricotta.[/quote]
