I take over kids at 9:30/10-ish and we all lay on the floor/couch in the babyproofed playroom while the healthy kid plays until lunch (which is easy because I just have to take the lid off the bento box).
After lunch, nap or screens then an early bath for the healthy kid with a bath bomb from my secret stash saved just for such occasions. DH picks up takeout for dinner and handles bedtime routine.

It sucks for DH but then when he inevitably gets sick he can actually take a proper sick day and sleep while I shoo the kids away so it sort of works out in the end.[/quote]
