His poor upbringing and how he wants to focus on the poor uneducated parent families mainly. He was clear to tie it together as a personal and professional goal of his. Panders well too. 
Meanwhile- rounded grades, no final exams, terrible k-8 curriculum 2.0, disgruntled teachers, stagnant test scores, vastly overcrowded huge schools, lack of gym/science/for language/soc studies in k-5, magnet programs requiring 60-90 minute one way bus rides, etc.[/quote]
