Had cars that reeked of cigarette smoke with seats missing. Tried to deny I gave them $20 and claimed I only gave them $10, relented when I said I'd call the police. Pretended their credit card machine didn't work to avoid the fees. Etc, etc. Uber isn't perfect of course but DC taxis were that horrible 80% of the time. [/quote]
