hmmmmm. I have access to inside info. Police were called because 30 people were trespassing....bit different from 6 little kids. Guests left before mgmt got there. So who knows if these pics even match what shes talking about. Its BS
Are they trespassing when they were invited by the condo owner? I don’t think that you know what trespassing means. Another phrase that you could look up - civil matter. You don’t call the police on people for swimming. You file a complaint with your HOA.
Exactly. Our HOA limits pool guests to 10 per residence with a $5 fee per guest, so if one of my neighbors showed up with a huge group and no pool bands I'd know they were in violation of the rules but obviously wouldn't call the police about it. But our HOA also employs a guy during pool season to check people in (and turn freeloaders away). It got to be a problem a few years ago when repeat offenders were taking over the pool the whole day on Saturdays and giving residents the stink eye for wanting to use the pool during their "party." (You can't reserve our pool, they just didn't want to share.)
