I think the thing to consider when doing this is that what ifs.  Are you going to regret putting in a less quality embryo (yes, I know lab grading doesn't necessarily mean anything) if it ends up not being successful or ending in a MC (it still happens with PGS normal embryos).

Also, I'd say respect your husband's wishes if he really doesn't want to.  Even if you really want to choose, you not getting what you wants puts you in the same position as 99.9% of the population. Him not getting his wishes puts him in an odd position of potentially thinking he has made a designer baby.    [/quote]
