I am sure Coach Shannon grew tired of people questioning her decisions give that she was the top college soccer player when at UNC, a major player on a champion WC team, a successful YNT coach and a successful DI college soccer coach. Blame the parents over there as well. There is no way possible that the club can ever hire someone with similar abilities. Well done, Bethesda![/quote]

Generally agree with this, but I will say that being a great player and a good coach doesn’t necessarily translate into being a good manager or talent evaluator. There is no question she’s had to deal with a lot of PITA, whiny parents. But she also brought in some very poor coaches and was loyal to them to a fault. [/quote]
