There is nothing dogmatic or binding in Vatican 2. A Catholic is free to reject non-dogmatic statements and documents. In fact Vatican 2 actually teaches stuff that was formally condemned in the past( religious liberty and ecumenism) so a Catholic must reject V2 as the Church can not contradict itself

The excommunications on the SSPX Bishops were  lifted years ago.

The Society has authority to ordain priests and its marriages/confessions are recognized. How much more “canonical” can you get? Rome is playing word games at this point.
