Of course it's logical. The pool of players in the NBA is mostly american (privates) and there are some good players in Euro (public) but not nearly as many playing at the top level. 
We aren't talking about why but simply the amount coming from each. 
Yes, my assumption is the pool of private school lacrosse players is way deeper than than public. This means one pool is better than the other. 
Yes, not every private can make a top club and get minutes but far more do than publics and it's not even close. 
Yes, there are a few getting D1 offers but they are very small in percentage and are also playing for top clubs. [/quote]
