[/b] If someone who lived a half hour away with an infant joined our neighborhood playgroup  of toddlers and within hours sent a text, then a few hours later sent more "please, please like me" texts, memes and recipes, I would be blocking the number and ghosting this person.

OP, at a minimum follow the 3 day rule.  A week is better, but if you can't hold your panties any longer, then give it at least 3 days.  [/quote]
