Really? When DC was in the magnet at TPMS, it was acknowledged that they tried to get more girls. [b]We were told the admission process was completely "blind" w.r.t. everything else - race/home school/etc.[/b] I do not know if this has changed with the new admissions process.[/quote]

Yes, it’s also illegal to use race for this. I’m aware some angry parents whose kids were rejected have dreamed up all sorts of kooky scenarios. However, if you have any real evidence as opposed to unprovable hunches please share it. [/quote]
