[/quote] That's a very narrow interpretation of an ADHD kid. My ADHD kid follows the rules just fine. He talks more than he should, but unless you are taking a field trip to a library I don't see how that would be an issue for any "regular" parent volunteer. If a child has severe disabilities or a severe diagnosis (ADHD), then yes, the teacher/parent should chaperone the child(ren), or at the very last a discussion needs to be had with the non-parent chaperone on chaperoning best practices as it relates to these kids.[/quote]
