Or do you realize that even though YOU never do this, there actually may be parents who do send their kids to school without thinking about temperatures and whether their kids are appropriately dressed for the hot or cold weather? And it may have absolutely NOTHING to do with their religious or medical needs...at all. BTW, the OP (and other teachers) have about as much influence over the AC system at the school as they do over getting parents to properly clothe their children.
