Yes, it’s cheaper because it’s in-state. But not “cheap”. UVA is $40K for in-State students, that’s not cheap by any measure.

I am a NP.  Geez, talk about defensive.  2019 cost for Arts & Sci is $33k.  Whether $7k is "a lot less" really depends on (I guess) how much money you make.  It's not that much to me but I guess to you it is.  [/quote]
