Yes, but what the win ratio doesn't tell you is what I was talking about with having non-DA ready players.  If you had watched the games, you would see that there is a core group that is very competitive when they are all out there.  Then, there is a group of players that aren't ready and can't compete.  Just like having a 1-2 positive impact players changes games, having 1-2 (or more) negative impact players changes it too.  And there is an 05 forward who has spent the  year largely on the 04 team, with the exception of a couple of games.  So, if you don't have to force playing time for players that aren't ready and you return a goal scorer to the line up, that changes things.

Then if they all tighten their rosters instead of carrying players that aren't ready, they will be more competitive and in reality it will raise the level of training and game tactics for the entire team.  The practices become harder for the remaining players.  The coach can work on higher level concepts because those players are ready.  And with the new Competition Cup, they have a chance at accessing higher level games.  Plus, all the match ups for showcases will be higher level, raising development for the remaining players. I did heed that advice already. I asked and this is what I was told.  If I have been lied to, I will not hesitate to come back on this forum and say that, because lying is unacceptable. I know it happens sometimes and if Spirit does it, I will pull my DD out and place her in another program.
