Personally I’d ignore it if my kid grabbed my belly, but if it becomes the topic of discussion, just say that people’s bodies are different. If more discussion is needed, you can tell him that you carried him in your belly, and you are so proud of your body for doing that! Always answer questions, but in a body positive way.
