I know someone that lives in MD but her parents live in DC. She uses their address for her son's school. IMO, coming from a school system outside of DC, it was much harder to prove residency there. We could only use a utility bill in our names or a signed lease/mortgage. In DC you can use a DC license and a car registration. That absolutely does not prove you live in a household in DC.[/quote]
