And to the one who think I am irresponsible, I don't think I am, I didn't grow up in this country, so the idea of "will" at such early age is very foreign to me. That is all. I am posting on the internet because I know people will give me nice advice. [/quote]Another reason to get a will is that it's a big pain in the neck for your surviving relatives to take care of your estate. My MIL died with a will but one where for some reason there was no witness signature so my dh had to take it through probate. It was a huge drag and it would have been so much faster if the will had been signed properly.[/quote]
