[/quote] You don't get headaches or shakes?[/quote] before I started Intermittent fasting I used to get that feeling, like a blood sugar drop, if I went too long without eating. The fasting seems to have evened me out quite a bit. My lunch break at work is at 1:30. I try to make it until then but about 2 days per week I don't. I'll have half and apple or some beef jerky. I eat at 1:30 and around 5 most days. I don't eat particularly well and I eat outside of the window occasionally. I'm maintaining my loss at this point but when I get more strict I start to lose again[/quote]
