I stay hydrated and I do drink about 3 cups of bone broth during the course of my 36 hour fast. From what I have read, bone broth is not enough to "count" on a fast and it helps you to maintain salt/electrolytes. Google "will bone broth break a fast" and the answer seems to be no. Good enough for me! I know that some people prefer to strictly water fasts. [/quote]
