They tried to implement everify in Florida, but a rich R donor stopped it.  The farm owners (many who vote R) were also opposed to everify.

I think this shows that immigration issues cross party lines, especially when dealing with cheap foreign labor.  Some people seem to think only Dems want cheap foreign labor, but that is not true. This crosses party lines.

Dems support unions and higher pay and benefits for the American workers. It's mostly the Rs who fight against these things that would help the middle class.[/quote]
