You complain, make make pointed yet unnecessary and irrelevant commentary about them being renters ask how you can report them to get them in trouble and then when people suggest you just do the mature grown-up thing of approaching them nicely and asking them because maybe they don't know what the rules are then all of a sudden oh I wasn't trying to get them in trouble I'm just a mom and I want to make sure the whole world a safer Goldilocks and the three bears.
