And for the poster saying the HOA won’t fine. 
Let me tell you we’ve found people ignore the letters, claim they never got them.

So now the very first warning tells them you have x days to comply and your hearing to be fined has been scheduled for this date.  Failure to attend does not matter.

Guess what we get high compliance Now.

And after x days boom. They get fined. And it goes to collections if the don’t pay. So that $30 fine might just become $300 with legal collection fees.
