Honestly, on this anonymous forum, you can't possibly tell who is who. Did it never occur to you that they may be asking because they are interested in the club? Not every question has a hidden agenda.

Well said.  I know there is a very defensive Spirit VA parent on this board and I was not trying to spread a false rumor.  I honestly remember someone from Spirit VA posting about stretches at home instead of a 4th practice.  It might have been a one off thing or might be remembering it wrong.  Guess I recalled incorrectly.[/quote]
