Please.  Tell us who exactly is walking into closing a real estate purchase with a suitcase full of cash, rather than a bank check?  Once upon a time, I practiced real estate law, and I have literally never seen someone whip out hundred or thousands or millions in cash.

It can. It can also mean paying...cash.

You think Trump is paying hush money 20%, Finance the rest?  No.  I can guarantee that is not what happened.  If only because it would be pointless for the women to get payments over time.

These women only have leverage until the day of the election, unless Trump wins. And he was a long shot back then. After that, no one GAF, and these women never see another $$$$.  Especially since Trump likes to stiff people.

I know you are looking for a way for there not to be a vast sea of lies.  But Trump “financing” his hush money is ridiculous when he would be very vulnerable for a few weeks, and then not at all. Come on. [/quote]
