#TrumpTapes also show Rudy Giuliani lied. But that's not news.
He used campaign funds? Paperwork please? I assume you have it, given the accusation.
Money used to cover up something damaging to a candidate two months before an election is considered campaign funds no matter where the cash or check comes from. See John Edwards.

Lanny Davis should know better than that. They were discussing financing or paying cash.
A significant percentage of Americans purchase real estate by paying cash. Are they all mobsters?
Please. Tell us who exactly is walking into closing a real estate purchase with a suitcase full of cash, rather than a bank check? Once upon a time, I practiced real estate law, and I have literally never seen someone whip out hundred or thousands or millions in cash.
Thanks for playing let’s tie ourselff into a knot defending Trump, but no.
If you really are a lawyer, you will know there are plenty of cash buyers in real estate. That doesn’t mean they bring a suitcase of cash to closing. Paying cash means no mortgage is involved.

Did people listen to a different tape than I did? https://www.vox.com/2018/7/24/17610584/tape-michael-cohen-trump-payoff-playboy-model-karen-mcdougal-recording
It was mainly unintelligible and certainly not incriminating.

“Use cash”...

Actually hearing our President conspiring with Cohen to hide various damaging things (Ivana's divorce, the various women) sounds very sleazy. And it's so matter-of-fact, like they do stuff like this every day. This will hurt him.
Disagree. This requires informed, nuanced listening to understand. Trumpkins can be neither of those and will just hear another nothingburger. Teflon Don continues on.
