They have a huge problem with sargassum - looks like seaweed, stinks and has bugs in it. Just lately we've been to Huatulco, Mazatlan and Puerto Vallarta. Cabo is nice too - more Americanized and expensive. I research on tripadvisor before we go - read the forum as well as reviews.
