Asians don't have the best skills. They simply have a cultural norm of slavish studying.

I'd say there are multiple hurdles to jump over to be successful, but that there is more than one path to take.

Creative thinking isn't enough, if you don't know how to follow-through or are prone to plagues of self-doubt. Confidence isn't enough, if you can't back it up with skills and a knowledge base. And the best teams are going to be multiskilled people with different but complimentary sets of strengths and weaknesses.[/quote]
