Trans woman = male who has transitioned to female Trans man = female who has transitioned to male A trans woman who is sexually attracted only to women = a lesbian who is also a trans woman A trans man who is sexually attracted only to men = a gay man who is also a trans man A trans woman who is sexually attracted only to men = a heterosexual trans woman A trans man who is sexually attracted only to women = a heterosexual trans man A trans woman can bank sperm and then use that sperm for IVF or IUI to have children with a woman.
