People with XX male syndrome? Hermaphrodites? There are actually all kinds of variation. For most people, XX = female and XY = male. But not for everyone. Saying "biological sex" and "sex assigned at birth" means the same thing for most people. But for some people, it's not. And it most certainly does not mean that you can change your sex, as the OP suggests, but which the article never says. [/quote]
