[/quote] No, not MSI, and yes, to me, it seems equal playing time. The rec coach also does a good job of ensuring that there is a mix of playing levels when rotating kids in. I am pretty satisfied with the experience. From what I know, the travel players are on the lower 2 of our county's five levels of travel teams, so that may be part of why it works.[/quote]
