Yes, her spelling was incorrect, but also Britain is not a nation, it's an island - the larger of the two that make up the British Isles. It's made up of the countries of England, Scotland and Wales. So, when referring to it, [u]even with correct spelling[/u], you really should use "on" instead of "in" as the positional word. She's on Britain, not in it.
