You could send a very low key reminder to anyone who hasn't RSVPed. Sometimes paperless post/evites go into spam filters, so if you email the non responders individually, you might pop on their radar screen.

I have not had good luck with RSVPs and have in at least three instances been taken aback with unexpected arrivals (including &lt;UGH&gt; uninvited siblings!), so I would not get too worries. I would send a reminder to all who RSVPed the day before, just to help reinforce...
