[/quote] Two problems with this. I think you seriously misunderstand the level of wealth that's moving to Hyattsville. Townhomes are $500,000+. New build single family homes on subdivided lots are selling for $600,000. All the private schools I'm familiar with in Prince George's County are genuinely diverse.[/quote][/quote]
