I don't agree with this persons tone, but don't love the Hyattsville hipsters, they don't integrate well, don't actually have a lot of money, and aren't doing anything to hold local politicians accountable to the horrible school system.

Two problems with this. I think you seriously misunderstand the level of wealth that's moving to Hyattsville. Townhomes are $500,000+. New build single family homes on subdivided lots are selling for $600,000. All the private schools I'm familiar with in Prince George's County are genuinely diverse.
