But it does NOT apply to many immigrants from low-income countries who do not have previous generations' access to quality state education, either. So, low-income, low-access to education is a common cause for low performance across low-performing ethnic groups, but the legacy of slavery is an intersectional cause for many American, low-income AAs. Anyone who ignores this reality should be criticized as non-caring, unpatriotic, and so forth, imo.[/quote]
