[/quote] This really helps. I don’t call it fasting I just eat breakfast, lunch and dinner is at 6:30 with my toddler. I wake up hungry. Get actually hungry between meals. Eat the bread and pasta I crave sometimes at lunch so I have time to burn it off. No snacks. [/quote]
