Their standing just doesn't ring out "neighborhood chock full of kids".[/quote] This struck me as an odd data point to focus on for a school, but thinking about it there may be a few too many local pools (there are three community pools in the neighborhood that feeds into Laurel Ridge, PLUS a lot of people have family gym memberships at GMU and there's a swim team for kids that meets year round). In the summer it's sometimes a bummer when your family are members in one pool and your child's best friend from school belongs to another. But all the pools have been running in the 10+ years we've lived here. [/quote]
