Huh? Westover has a cute downtown with the Italian Store, a farmer’s market, Lebanese Taverna, etc. Bluemont has a clock repair shop and a Safeway that is barely functional. [/quote]

That's right. Westover has the Village which has caused housing prices to rise.   Bluemont houses tend to be less expensive, thus its increased popularity
