Then, why not email the organizer and ask what you can do. You can drop stuff off to their house or they can pick it up or do something else.  I had someone email asking if they could bring something I did not list.  It was really nice and generous.[/quote]

We have:

Asked to leave it in the office for later retrieval by whomever asked for it

Left it in the teachers' lounge with a note on it.

Dropped it off early.

Asked the arranger to pick it up.

Sent it in with my child the day of...

Given it to a friend who also signed up.
