Two kids with severe nonverbal autism? Multiple major hospitalizations? G-d knows that my finances wouldn't survive that, and I'm a highly educated white collar professional with decent money sense. As for the county services being "pretty good," you know nothing. It takes YEARS to get the county to pay for a therapeutic placement, often while parents pay out of pocket. Be grateful for what you have, OP, and stop judging people whose lives are much harder than your own. [/quote]
