Mantua gets a premium over other neighborhoods in the zip code, primarily because of the elementary school.  The house may still be a bit overpriced, but it will go for significantly more than $700k. [/quote]

It's a pretty neighborhood. Very much sought after if the house is priced right and the Condition is good. The oil spill affected a small portion of the neighborhood over 20 years ago. No big deal.[/quote]

But...the house isn't priced right. It's 200k over comparably sized homes. Some of those homes even have an extra 1,000 sqft. Don't know what the seller is thinking. And an oil leak is a pretty big deal.[/quote]
