The oil spill affected a small portion of the neighborhood over 20 years ago. No big deal.[/quote] But...the house isn't priced right. It's 200k over comparably sized homes. Some of those homes even have an extra 1,000 sqft. Don't know what the seller is thinking. And an oil leak is a pretty big deal.[/quote]
