I would whip up a pan of chix breast, diced, simmered with carrots, parsnips, finely diced green onions, etc. When cooked, shred the chix, then freeze. DH used to eat a lot out of the pan before I could get it into the freezer pouches. For OP, I don't have specific suggestions because I made all my kids' food but it seems you are best served by shopping the grocery store specials and stocking up.[/quote]
